Walk along the long stretch of the Southampton Walls, which are nearly a kilometre long. The walls were built in the 14th century to protect the city from pirates and invaders. The Solent Sky Museum is home to vintage aircraft which were used the first world war. For activities, there’s river rafting, zip lining, tubing, etc.

For the league stage, Leeds is going to be India’s last destination. The metropolitan city is well known for its unparalleled beauty. Harewood House and Sandal Castle are two of the must-visit places of interest in Leeds. . The vibrant city has a sublime industrial history. Calmly nestled in the heart of England, Leeds is the home to some world-class theatres, restaurants, museums, and architectures. The city of Manchester is most famous for its football clubs – Manchester United and Manchester City. Both the teams have an astonishing football stadium each in Manchester. Manchester United’s Old Trafford, popularly known as Theatre of Dreams is a must-visit for any Football fan. Apart from that, the city is known for its culture, knowledge, and hub. Chetham’s Library, which is the oldest library in England, dating back to the 15th century, is another must-visit place in Manchester.

  1. London –

The only time India may play in the country’s capital would be if the team for the final showdown of the ICC Cricket World Cup, 2019. Apart from visiting Lord’s – the venue for the final – there is a bevy of things to see and do in England’s capital. The Buckingham Palace should be at the top of the list, which is home to the Queen of England. Westminster Abbey is another highly recommended place to visit. If you are a Potterhead, King’s Cross station is where you would find the famous ‘Platform ¾’. If you are a Sherlock Holmes fan, you would want to visit for the cult 221B Baker Street as well as the Sherlock Holmes Museum. If you happen to be a shopaholic, there is Oxford Street. To get a bird’s eye view of London, you must take a ride on the London Eye.
